Due to high demand, supply chain on going issues, shipping has been slightly delayed. Expect to receive your order with in 12-16 days. 


We have a 15 day hassle free return policy, however we have included instructions for a free lifetime warranty (inside the package with the insoles).  You can quickly contact us at Support@cushyinsole.com 


USA Orders: Shipped out of our warehouse in Niagara Falls, NY.

CANADIAN Orders: Shipping out of Toronto, ON.

INTERNATIONAL Orders: Shipping out of Australia, Hong Kong, Or Canada. 


All shipping locations are inventory depending. Again, our supply chain has not been 100% for the past 2 years.  We thank you all for your patience and support! 

How long will these last?

Depending on usage, Cushyinsole's are designed to last 6-12months. We recommend you replace them once the insoles show signs of wear.

Do I need to remove the original shoe insoles to insert these? 

We found it best to remove the original shoe insole/insert. 


If you cannot, it's not a big deal, you can add the Cushyinsole on top of the older original insoles. 

Will they fit in Cowboy boots?

Lots of our customers use these insoles for tactical boots, steel-toe boots, older running shoes, and flat shoes.  


We  believe that Cowboy boots would be more than ideal to use our Cushy Insoles.
